Is the Cantonese audio important to you? Or do you just want the text flashcards? If you want the audio, there is no getting around to paying as the iSpeech API is not free. But it's not that expensive, probably 50 cents US to convert one deck.
I'm thinking of making a more user-friendly import script which would be integrated with Anki. If you're interested can share that with you. I can disable the audio if you don't want it.
